Document Management :
• Prepare, organize, and maintain company records, files, and documentation, including production reports, inventory lists, and employee records.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and data entry.
Support to Management :
• Assist executives and managers in handling their schedules and administrative needs.
• Draft and edit correspondence, communications, and other official documents.
Communication and Liaison :
• Act as a point of contact between departments (production, HR, logistics) and external vendors or clients.
• Assist with customer service inquiries and complaints when required.
Compliance and Safety :
• Ensure that office and company operations adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Help maintain compliance-related documentation, especially for food safety and health regulations.
Data Entry and Record Keeping :
• Maintain accurate production logs, shipment schedules, and employee attendance records.
• Compile and enter data from various sources for reporting and analysis.
Human Resources Support :
• Assist in the onboarding of new employees, including preparation of necessary paperwork.
• Help coordinate staff training sessions and ensure employee records are updated.
