The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the organization by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
• Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
• Communication:
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, emails, and greeting visitors.
• Draft, proofread, and distribute various types of correspondence.
• Scheduling and Coordination:
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Document Management:
• Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Support to Management:
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
• Project Assistance:
• Assist in the planning and execution of company events and projects.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure project deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
