We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a strong foundation in accounting, proficiency in MS Office applications, and excellent computer and email communication skills. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day administrative tasks while assisting with basic accounting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Duties:
• Manage and organize office files, records, and correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations by managing supplies and resources.
• Accounting Support:
• Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciling accounts.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining ledgers.
• Process and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• MS Office & Computer Tasks:
• Proficiently use MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for reporting and documentation.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, and other office documents.
• Conduct data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Email & Communication:
• Manage and respond to email correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Draft and format official letters, emails, and other communication as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders.
• Other Duties:
• Assist in organizing events and company activities.
• Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably with accounting responsibilities.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in handling email correspondence and using email clients like Outlook or Gmail.
