Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and draft correspondence
• Scheduling: Organize appointments, meetings, and events, and manage calendars
• Organization: Maintain filing systems, track inventory, and order supplies
• Support: Assist other staff members, provide support to visitors, and act as a point of contact for clients
• Other tasks: Enter data, perform bookkeeping, and use office equipment like scanners and faxes
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Graduate; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
