- Handles administrative tasks for faculty searches and staff or manpower recruiting.
- Oversees department hiring procedures for our clients
- Audits/processes travel expense claims.
- Solves problems associated with vendors regarding manpower supply, shortage filling and maintaining the required resources every day
- Monitors expenditures, processes payment requests for reimbursement; prepares invoices, ensures proper procedures for getting payment from the clients
- Manpower Attendance checking and approval
- Statutory filings and Submission
- Handles mileage reimbursement requests for supervision travel.
- Answers the telephone and provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Assists managers and supervisors in developing policies and procedures.
- Ensures travel authorizations, accommodations for manpower resources
