We are looking for a motivated and skilled female candidate to join our team for Administration and Telecalling duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Telecalling:
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to potential clients regarding travel packages, bookings, and inquiries.
• Promote and sell tour packages, flights, and travel-related services.
• Follow up with leads and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Provide customers with accurate information about destinations, packages, and promotions.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
• Administrative Duties:
• Manage office tasks including data entry, filing, and organizing travel documents.
• Assist in managing travel bookings and reservations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients for bookings, confirmations, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and databases for all client communications.
• Assist in preparing reports, travel itineraries, and other necessary documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Female candidates only.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration, travel and tourism, or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and [local language].
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of travel industry operations and tour packages is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to learn.
