• General Office Management
• Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of office spaces.
• Administrative Support
• Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring timely communication.
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant documents.
• Help in bank follow ups, license work , preparing mail.
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical files.
• Coordination
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors or clients.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Financial Support
• Process invoices, track expenses, and prepare expense reports.
• Assist in budget tracking and financial record-keeping.
• Compliance and Confidentiality
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Education:
• Graduate
Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
• Proficiency in excel.
Skills:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Other Requirements:
• Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, scanners).
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
