• Oversee office operations and maintenance.
• Manage office supplies and inventory.
• Coordinate with departments for support.
• Plan and book employee travel itineraries.
• Handle travel inquiries and expense reports.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with policies.
• Communicate effectively with staff and external parties.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of administration experience.
• 1+ year of travel desk experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
