Job Title: Admin Team Lead Our company is seeking an experienced Admin Team Lead to join our growing team. As the Admin Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of administrative professionals, ensuring that they are performing their duties to the highest standard and meeting all of the company\'s goals and objectives. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of administrative professionals, including administrative assistants, receptionists, and other support staff
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the team
  • Assign tasks and projects to team members, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure high-quality work and professional development
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of administrative tasks
  • Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and events
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the team
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve data management processes will be a bonus.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or a related field preferred
  • Freshers welcome but need google sheets/ Excel automations skill set.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software and tools
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving business objectives
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve data management processes
