Job Title: Admin Team Lead Our company is seeking an experienced Admin Team Lead to join our growing team. As the Admin Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of administrative professionals, ensuring that they are performing their duties to the highest standard and meeting all of the company\'s goals and objectives. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of administrative professionals, including administrative assistants, receptionists, and other support staff
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the team
Assign tasks and projects to team members, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support as needed
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure high-quality work and professional development
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of administrative tasks
Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and events
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the team
Proficient in Google Sheets and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve data management processes will be a bonus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or a related field preferred
Freshers welcome but need google sheets/ Excel automations skill set.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software and tools
Experience with project management tools and techniques
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving business objectives
Proficient in Google Sheets and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve data management processes
