Material movements.\xc2\xb7 Monthly & quarterly reporting to APAC central team via eSFAR tool.\xc2\xb7 Deployment & monitoring of VMS services.\xc2\xb7 Create & gather plant intelligence & inform the management from time to time.Secondary Responsibilities: General Services & Facilities\xc2\xb7 Directing, coordinating and planning essential GS & F central services such as :Canteen, Transport, Uniform, Hospitals, Housekeeping, Horticulture, Front Office, Travel, Courier, Stationery, Consumables, Events. Any other GS&F vertical as allocated from time to time. Canteen: Budget planning, operations, MIS, Cost reduction initiatives. Transport: Route mapping, transport allocation, daily operations & audits.\xc2\xb7 Proactively manage all facility services in accordance with standard processes and procedures, ensuring superior customer satisfaction. Develop processes & SOPs wherever required.\xc2\xb7 Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts & services.
