Summary: -1) This position provides operational support to Pune plant (70 Acres Green Field Project). It is a Security Risk Management profile which aims to assess and mitigate security-related risk factors to create a more secure and safe work environment inside the organization and thus actively supports the organization\xe2\x80\x99s business interest.2) To oversee the administrative operations of the Pune plant while supervising and supporting of the department\xe2\x80\x99s day-to-day function.3) Strong compliance backgroundDimensions: -Reporting to: : Site HR & HRBM crop harvester GPLPosition Responsibility : AG IndiaJOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -Primary Responsibilities: Security, Intelligence & Vigilance\xc2\xb7 Identify security-related hazards for the organization.\xc2\xb7 Assess the risk and its severity associated with pre-identified security hazards.\xc2\xb7 Prepare a security risk mitigation plan and implement it on the ground.\xc2\xb7 Ensure loss prevention and theft control.\xc2\xb7 Plan manpower deployment.\xc2\xb7 Review all security-related documents on a quarterly basis.\xc2\xb7 Standardize all security processes.\xc2\xb7 Gather and act on intelligence related input proactively\xc2\xb7 Report and investigate security related incidents\xc2\xb7 Ensure continual skill enhancement for security manpower\xc2\xb7 Compile MIS for department\xc2\xb7 Supervise procurement of company leased cars for employee\xc2\xb7 Ensure and maintain all technical security gadgets are optimized in usage.\xc2\xb7 To conduct team building exercise for security team.\xc2\xb7 Ensure 100% compliance material management at gates along with 100% vehicle compliance in plant.\xc2\xb7 Ensuring daily LN reports are submitted to Finance & SCM for cross verification of gate entry Vs GRN numbers.\xc2\xb7 Develop MIS for security movements. Material movements.\xc2\xb7 Monthly & quarterly reporting to APAC central team via eSFAR tool.\xc2\xb7 Deployment & monitoring of VMS services.\xc2\xb7 Create & gather plant intelligence & inform the management from time to time.Secondary Responsibilities: General Services & Facilities\xc2\xb7 Directing, coordinating and planning essential GS & F central services such as :Canteen, Transport, Uniform, Hospitals, Housekeeping, Horticulture, Front Office, Travel, Courier, Stationery, Consumables, Events. Any other GS&F vertical as allocated from time to time. Canteen: Budget planning, operations, MIS, Cost reduction initiatives. Transport: Route mapping, transport allocation, daily operations & audits.\xc2\xb7 Proactively manage all facility services in accordance with standard processes and procedures, ensuring superior customer satisfaction. Develop processes & SOPs wherever required.\xc2\xb7 Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts & services. Incorporate cost control measures vis a vis variance & new initiatives.\xc2\xb7 Vendor Management- Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies.\xc2\xb7 Maintain score cards for vendor and customers.\xc2\xb7 Asset management.\xc2\xb7 Team management- coordinating and leading one or more teams to efficiently cover various areas of responsibility.\xc2\xb7 Planning and preparing comprehensive MIS for General Services & Facilities.\xc2\xb7 Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.\xc2\xb7 Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations\xc2\xb7 Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments\xc2\xb7 Assist and support marketing department in handling customers and clients.\xc2\xb7 Maintain and monitor Occupational Health Center Management.\xc2\xb7 Arranging & supporting all CSR activities.\xc2\xb7 Proper execution of Sports & Events.Work Relationship: -InternalPD, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Finance, ICT, Project, EHS, HR, TL, PEExternalOutsourced security service provider, AMC providers, administrative suppliers etcQualification, Age and Experience: -Professional Qualification-Graduation in any discipline. Retired Armed forced / Para Military Officer. Post-Graduation or Diploma in Facility ManagementExperience15-20 YearsAge35-45 yearsQualifications/Skills\xc2\xb7 Short course/ certificate course on Physical security (Government College/Institute).\xc2\xb7 Efficient communication skills\xc2\xb7 Knowledge on latest security related practices & techniques\xc2\xb7 Grievance Handling\xc2\xb7 Local Administrative
