Supports the Regional Head/ General Manager's and his/her team by completing administrative responsibilities. Duties include organizing, composing, and distributing correspondence to both employees, vendors and corporate team, initial response and follow up to inquiries and collecting and tracking problem resolution information.

Duties and responsibilities
Assists Admin department in preparation of various reports and presentations.
Assists with the design and preparation of statistical reports as needed.
Attends, transcribes and distributes minutes, and participate in different meetings, corporate committee meeting as and when required.
Makes new files, maintains existing files.
Tracking and arranging meetings with employees, clients and partners.
Follow up of any tasks with respect to bills, SOP's, inventory etc. as assigned by concerned Regional Head/General Managers
Provides administrative support to Manager/s and other departments.
Composes, produces and signs correspondence on routine matters.
Produces and distributes correspondence as required.
Sorts and distributes mail.
Managing day-to-day Admin operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meets the expectations of the customers/employees on a daily basis.
Attends meetings and communicates with executive and peers as an effort to improve quality of service.
Qualifications and requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related relevant qualification.
