Placement: This position is based out of our main campus located at Kasturbadham, Rajkot-Bhavnagar Highway, Rajkot. Description: We are a Preschool to Grade 12 school in the city of Rajkot (Gujarat) founded by Harvard alums. Our unique pedagogy, the Northstar Approach, is a research-based approach to learning and teaching that helps students achieve their highest potential by exploring and making discoveries about themselves and their world. We are currently looking for Admins to join our Northstar team. Please go through our website to know more about us. Responsibilities: The role of an admin is to support all the administrative tasks in the school to ensure that the organization runs smoothly. Following tasks are expected from the admin:

• Manage documentation of the school on our IT platforms.

• Manage all administrative tasks on a daily basis like purchase, stock, inventory etc.

• Handling school phone with patience and a positive approach and answering each query promptly.

• Handle admission inquiries as and when required.

• Manage and coordinate school events.

• Managing the maintenance of the campus.

• Managing school ID cards for learners.

• Managing the orders, issuance and stock of uniforms for all stakeholders.

• Coordinate with the food manager for all food arrangements on campus.

• Ability to multitask and readiness to take up any task assigned.

• A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any field with fluent English communication.
• Experience as admin for a minimum of 1 year
