Responsibilities *Support for Branch Identification -Support for Branch Expansion & Infra Readiness adhering to the policies & procedures. Ensure branch setup completion as per the business requirement within the TAT and handover *Infrastructure creation for new branches-Ensuring that New / split branches set up related Security deposit & Agreement process, furniture, signage, stationeries, displays reaches branches within 5 days. *All branches RO/ZO assets tagging/Rental Agreement renewal *Placing order based on projections and timely deliver at locations. *Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed. *Conferring with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts. *Systematically filing important company documents. Preparing expense reports. *Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information. *Regular Maintenance of Office environment. *Other task that may be assigned to you from-time to time. Job opening : 01 Job location : PATNA, Bihar Salary Range : Up to 30k RS. only. Qualifications : 1.Graduated with experienced in Office Administration or Banking and Finance may be preferred. 2.Working knowledge of necessary productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite. 3. 1-3 years of relevant experience. 4.Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn how to use standard office equipment, such as fax machines, modern phone systems, and copy, scanning and printing machines. 5. Proven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time. Strong communication skills and the willingness to make phone calls, emails, and other communications with clients/Vendors. 6. Comfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a team. Good organization, time management and scheduling skills. *** Immediate joiners preferred/ Notice Max 30 days only.
