We're looking for an adaptable, proactive, and highly organized Operations Manager who can handle a variety of administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations.
Job Summary
The Operations Manager to the CEO will serve as a trusted partner and integral member of the team, enabling the CEO to focus on high-impact strategic work. This role requires a proactive, resourceful, and highly professional individual with exceptional organizational skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
• Stakeholder Management: Handle communication & co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and messages, and respond on behalf of the executive where appropriate.
• Meeting & Cadence Management: Prepare meeting agenda, record the meeting minutes, and track the action items
• Data Entry and Document Management: Enter data into Excel sheets or accounting softwares. Prepare, organize, and manage documents, reports, presentations, and files; maintain a filing system for quick access to information.
• Task and Project Management: Maintain task lists, track ongoing projects and tasks, provide reminders, and ensure timely follow-up to meet deadlines.
• Expense Tracking and Reporting: Manage expense reports and budget-related tasks, including tracking receipts, compiling reports, and assisting with reimbursements.
• Errand Running and Personal Assistance: Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as shopping, booking appointments, and handling personal errands.
• Research and Reporting: Conduct research on various topics, compile information, and present findings as required.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Provide additional administrative support as needed.
Requirements
• Experience : Minimum 2+ years of experience in an operations or administrative or executive assistant role, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree is a must. Master's is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Must have experience in preparing presentations and reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello). Experience in working on accounting softwares such as Tally or ZohoBooks is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English & Telugu is a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
