Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
• Oversee office maintenance, including equipment and supply management.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
• Support HR activities such as onboarding and record-keeping.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
• Provide support to senior management and other departments as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?26,000.00 per month
