: Admin Executive

1. •Administrative Support: •

- Provide general administrative support to executives and other departments as needed.

- Manage and maintain office equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in working order.

- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

2 . •Office Management: •

- Oversee the daily operations of the office, including coordinating maintenance and repairs.

- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.

3. •Scheduling and Coordination: •

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.

- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them as necessary.

- Coordinate and organize company events, conferences, and team-building activities.

4. •Communication: •

- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.

- Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.

- Ensure timely and effective communication within the organization.

5. •Record Keeping: •

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems, both physical and digital.

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

- Assist in the preparation and management of reports and documentation.

6. •Financial Administration: •

- Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash.

- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate record-keeping and budget management.

7. •HR Support: •

- Assist with onboarding new employees and managing employee records.

- Coordinate training sessions and other HR-related activities.

- Handle employee queries and provide support as needed.

•Qualifications and Skills: •

- Freshers can apply

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
