Job Title: - Administration Officer
Qualification : Any UG/PG with at least 3 to 4 years College admin experience
Roles and responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, other educational institutions, industry representatives, alumni, and community leaders to promote the university's interests and initiatives.
Information Dissemination: Disseminate information about the university's programs, policies, and achievements to external stakeholders and the general public.
Partnership Development: Identify and develop partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures with external organizations, including other educational institutions, research organizations, and industry partners, to enhance the university's academic and research activities.
Government Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the university and government authorities, assisting with regulatory compliance, obtaining approvals, and seeking support for educational and research initiatives.
Advocacy: Advocate for the university's interests and needs to government bodies, industry associations, and other relevant organizations to secure resources, funding, and support.
Program Promotion: Promote the university's academic programs, research projects, and initiatives to potential students, faculty, and research collaborators.
Community Outreach: Engage with the local community through outreach programs, workshops, and initiatives that benefit the community and raise the university's profile.
Event Coordination: Plan and organize events, conferences, seminars, and workshops that foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and networking among various stakeholders.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback and input from external stakeholders to help the university make informed decisions and improvements.
Policy Advocacy: Advocate for policies and regulations that support the university's mission and objectives, both at the regional and national levels.
Crisis Management: Assist in managing and resolving any issues or crises that may affect the university's reputation or operations.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the status of partnerships, collaborations, and outreach efforts, as well as updates on government relations activities.
Budget Management: Manage budgets related to liaison and external relations activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Compliance: Ensure that the university complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines in its interactions with external stakeholders.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives aimed at enhancing the university's reputation and achieving its long-term goals.
