Handling the company security
Managing security, Canteen, Housekeeping, Contract Labor, Transport, Stationary, Ticket and stay booking and other welfare activity
Travel Arrangements:
Coordinate and book flights/trains, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services for employees, executives, and guests.
Ensure travel arrangements align with company policies and budget constraints.
Stay updated on the company\'s travel policies and guidelines. Assist employees in understanding and following the travel policies to ensure consistent adherence.
Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, itineraries, expenses, and other related documentation.
Arrange stays for employees visiting Jhagadia unit.
Follow up establishment maintenance & repairs Furniture & fixtures including Fax, Xerox etc. Also take care of scrap management.
Admin Purchase, Budget & expenses monitoring
Admin data recording & Monitoring
Responsible for managing Identity cards, safety shoes and Uniform of employees
Office Supplies: Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies, ensuring availability for smooth operations.
Monitoring over all plant administration (Civil & Other Work)
Responsible for making PR of admin bills
Assist Manager HR in CSR activities
