JOB DESCRIPTION-OFFICE ADMIN CO-ORDINATOR
A. Primary responsibilities:
1. Reports and data Entry - KARE
a. Update monthly performance report of all branches with CEO and branch managers.
b. Update Custom Number Data Sheet monthly
c. Consolidate Leave Records from all branches along with necessary documents (Biometric reading, leave applications etc.,,) monthly.
2. Office Administration Management - KARE
a. Responsible for training of new OA admin staff in clinics
b. Check the MDB & DSR data for any wrong data uploading by Admins of all clinics daily. Tally at the end of the month MDB & DSR for current financial year.
c. Solve Admin related issues and problems of all clinics
3. Travel and Expense Management - KARE
a. Manage all travel related duties (ticket booking, Visa, hotel booking etc.) for HO department
b. Manage Expense Vouchers for HO department
1. Tenders and registration - KARE
a. Manage all MOU's, government tenders and other related registration process for all departments
2. HR - Interim (KARE)
a. Maintain all HR record as per HR policies - residency confirmation letter, Relieving letter, Experience letter, Termination letter,
3. Miscellaneous - KARE
a. Resolve all computer and other technical issues for the entire company via outsourced technician (AMC Model)
b. Manage all marketing and administrative printing work etc. for all departments (Visiting cards, ID cards, Brochures, etc.,)
c. Yearly Medical Insurance Renewal
d. Update Vehicle paperwork yearly
e. Assist on arrangement of Staff Uniforms yearly
Since this is an evolving role, we will add more responsibilities with time to make it more comprehensive.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ?28,000.00 per month
