Key Responsibility Areas .Monitor overall facility operations across premises maintenance, electrical, HVAC system, Office equipment, Cafeteria, Transport, and Guest Management. .Ensure that all the equipment and other facilities are working properly. .Vendor management, database maintenance. Prepare reports. .Preparation of Monthly Report/MIS to share costs against the budget, delivery performance, and Facility updates. .Maintaining the efficiency and good working conditions of the facilities. .Initiate interventions to solve problems in the facilities related. .Maintaining the efficiency and good working conditions of the facilities. .Collaborate with other facility management departments, such as operations, maintenance, and safety, to ensure integrated and cohesive facility management services. .Coordinate with other offices and units for things that are not within the scope of the facilities service team.
