Responsible for fire & Safety operations by periodically checking of Fire extinguishers. Monitor and Control admin budgets and adhere to procedures Inventory Management - Monitor inventory of office supplies, procurement of office equipment, vendor approval, KYC, cost comparison with attention to budgetary constraints. placement & delivery, AMC renewal & Agreements Travel Management -Managing Travel arrangements, Transport Services (Cab Booking associate Pickup and Dropping) Vendor Management - Ensuring negotiation and timely reviews with vendors & service providers for achieving best services levels at optimum cost. SOP- Formulating/reviewing and adhering SOPs for Administration/ Asset Management & other administration related -Movable asset records, furniture & fixtures, IT records. Assist and manage the stock received at Security and coordinate with respective department. Ensuring the maintenance of- 1. IT and other assets 2. Soft services like Housekeeping, Pest Control, Waste Management, Hazardous Material Compliance, Logistics, Floor Area Management.
