  • Oversee the daily operations of the corporate office, including office supplies, facilities, and general upkeep.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment for all employees.
  • Staff Supervision:
  • Manage and lead a team of administrative staff, including security, housekeeping and other support roles.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide training, and support staff development.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the office budget, including expenses for supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs and ensure value for money.
  • Policy Implementation:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all administrative activities.
  • Implement and monitor office protocols to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Event Coordination:
  • Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and venue arrangements.
  • Assist with travel arrangements for executives and employees, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation
  • Resource Management:
  • Manage office equipment and IT resources, coordinating with the IT department for any technical support or upgrades.
  • Ensure all office resources are used efficiently and maintained properly and facilities management
  • Communication:
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications related to administrative matters.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and support.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate setting minimum of 4-6 yrs
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
