Job Description


Managing overall administrative activities for the office. Responsible to supervise house-keeping activities effectively. Day-to-day facilities operations including supervising the maintenance of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies, furniture, office equipment, etc. Monitoring the performance of office boys and instructing them for performing their regular activities effectively. Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events. Monitoring all inward and outward admin activities by maintaining proper records. Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items. Qualification: Graduate Desired Candidate: Minimum 4-6 years of experience as Admin incharge. Should confident and above to take incharge of all admin activities.
