Key Responsibilities:1. Travel Management:
o Process travel requisitions for employees.
o Handle travel reimbursements in accordance with company policies.
o Coordinate hotel bookings, flight arrangements, and transportation for business travel.
2. Office Management:
o Oversee housekeeping services to maintain a clean and organized office environment.
o Manage stationery requisitions and ensure timely restocking of office supplies.
o Track and manage office assets, including inventory control and maintenance.
3. Vendor Coordination:
o Liaise with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping materials, and other service providers.
o Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external service providers.
4. Facility Management:
o Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
o Coordinate with building management for repairs and maintenance.
5. Employee Support:
o Assist employees with administrative tasks such as filing expense reports and managing petty
cash.
o Handle new employee onboarding, including workspace setup and provisioning of necessary
