Variances analysis of qtly budgets vs actuals for all parameters like expense heads, GEO, IOU, ISU, Service Line etc Preparation of cost analysis on monthly, qtly & yearly basis at DC level & driving the same to bring the cost at par across GEO to maximize operational efficiency. Analyzing the non infra cost like local travel, hotel, communication etc, ensure timely booking of the cost in period in which same is incurred, drive efficiency. Develop the sub system to capture quantitative information like room nights used per city, grade wise cities like metro or tier II across the globe, to produce all reports in digital form.
