We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer

In this role, you will:

• Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
• Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of FileNet Administration and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow.
• Support production services on a rotational basis and this can be for multiple regions.
• This position will be responsible for the technical liaising with the Development team to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of application initiatives, including enhancements, upgrades, migrations, as well as back-end operational support and maintenance of Filenet Application.
• Administer FileNet and maintain metadata structure and other core capability of FileNet..Handle FileNet security model and administration.
• Set up and maintain a Process system, which includes installing, configuring, and maintaining all system components (servers, databases, and software).
• configure, code and test enhancements and modifications to new and existing FileNet application
• Troubleshoot of issues related to application, environment or any other associated components.Participate in all agile ceremonies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with or Minimum of 1 years of experience developing and administering IBM FileNet P8 and Content Navigator.Production Service support exposure.
• 1+ years of experience as Individual contributor in complex module.
• Familiarity with administering WebSphere Application Server version 8.5.Understanding basic database operation DDL, DML\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deliver technical messages to a non-technical audience
• Trouble-shooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and document the root cause of issues, and effectively communicate possible resolutions
• Effective communication, collaboration, team, and presentation skills with a proven ability to operate effectively in a fast moving environment are essential.Awareness of tools like Confluence, RTC, JIRA, QC, Test Automation etc.
• GCP Cloud certifications are an added advantage Awareness of working in Agile Methodology
