• Monitor workers' in/out timings and maintain attendance records.
• Organize daily HOD meetings and interact with workers regularly.
• Distribute monthly cash salaries and collect food expenses.
• Arrange uniforms, safety shoes, and accommodation facilities for staff.
• Operational Support:

• Coordinate with all departments for daily needs.
• Schedule civil work and oversee execution.
• Maintain asset lists and manage AMC vendor visits.
• Plan food and transport for visitors.
• Maintenance & Utilities:

• Conduct diesel generator tests and ensure fuel supply.
• Manage maintenance and repair of generators and heavy machinery.
• Follow up on AMC for equipment and vendor payments.
• Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare legal agreements in coordination with advocates.
• Maintain Excel reports and track overtime of housekeeping/pantry staff.

Skills Required:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and facility management.
• Effective communication and vendor management.
