JOB PROFILE- GLOBAL ADMIN EXECUTIVE

• Process bookings manually through emails.
• Verify cost with the contract & compare with different suppliers, check if any special offers, make sure dates doesn't fall in black out period, check if supplements or any surcharges involved, etc.
• Send out request for confirmation to supplier / hotel (email for manually processing) o Chase supplier / hotel if no response in 28 to 48 hours.
• Once confirmation received update booking, check & adjust costing and inform reservation
• Liaise with reservation & supplier for any special requests, amendments or cancellations
• Assist reservation staff - getting required information
• Chase supplier for confirmations/invoices and check all in order
• Verify Supplier invoices
• Liaise with Accounts payable for supplier / hotel payment issues
• Issuing Vouchers
• Making and Verifying Packages.
• Issuing Vouchers
• Getting new contracts from suppliers/ Hotels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
