Job Responsibilities:
• Administrative Operations:
• Manage day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring smooth operations within the co-working space.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.
• Facility Management:
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, supplies, and services.
• Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the premises.
• Customer Support:
• Serve as the first point of contact for members and visitors.
• Address queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
• Inventory Management:
• Maintain records of office supplies and order as required.
• Ensure proper stock levels for operational continuity.
• Event Coordination:
• Assist in organizing events, workshops, and networking activities within the co-working space.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain and update administrative and operational records accurately.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports as needed.
• Support to Leasing Team:
• Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring seamless integration into the co-working environment.
• Help with basic leasing-related documentation and queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration or related fields).
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in administration, preferably in co-working spaces or similar environments.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with office management tools.
• Interpersonal Skills:
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented approach with a professional demeanor.
