Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive with expertise in manufacturing factory laws and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with manufacturing regulations, and supporting the overall efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and operational.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure the factory complies with local, state, and federal manufacturing regulations and laws.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and changes in legislation.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and organized records of administrative and regulatory documents.
• Prepare and manage reports related to compliance, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Assist with the preparation of internal and external audits.
• Health and Safety:
• Monitor and enforce safety and health regulations within the factory.
• Coordinate safety training sessions and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Investigate and report on safety incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Communication and Coordination:
• Act as a liaison between the management team, employees, and external stakeholders.
• Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and other needs.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for improvement in administrative and compliance processes.
• Implement best practices and new procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in an administrative role within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of factory laws and regulations.
