Job description:
We are looking for FEMALE candidates, with any degree, 2 - 3 years experience, having computer knowledge, English communication, browsing skills etc., nearby Thirumangalam, Padi, Ambattur, Mogappair, Anna Nagar, Villivakkam and Arumbakkam would be preferable.
Skills required :
• Proficiency in English
• Computer knowledge
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Handling division admin activities on day to day basis
• Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries
• Mail communication and record maintenance
• Organizing, compiling, and updating company records and documentation
• Performing other duties as assigned.
• Liaising with internal and external agencies for smooth administrative functioning
