A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.Requirements:Location for Job: Thane (Head office)Should be from nearby location preferably: Thane/Kalwa/Bhandup/Mulundknowledge relating to HR Compliances like \xe2\x80\x93 PF/ESIC/Gratuity etc. will be an added advantageQualification & Compensation:Experience \xe2\x80\x93 2 to 4 years as an Admin/HR executive or in any similar role.Responsibilities:Ensuring MIS database of employeesExperience of handling administrative work for a site.Site Maintenance- Service/AMCsHR Vendor ManagementSite Safety ManagementEmployee Health & Welfare ManagementGuest/Travel ManagementFollow up with Dept. Officers/Consultants like PF/ESIC/Gratuity.Employee Support relating to PF/ESIC/Gratuity Matters.General HR Generalist responsibilitiesField work as per requirementSkills Required:Should have good verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to effectively multi- task in a fast paced & challenging environmentShould be Graduate at least. Study in HR will be an added advantage.Should be well versed in computer operation (Word, Excel, etc.)Industry
