Job Title: Admin Executive
Location: Sarkhej Shantipura Road, Ahmedabad

• Office Operations : Manage daily office activities, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and overall facility upkeep.
• Executive Support : Provide administrative support to senior executives by scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Communication Management : Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Document and Data Management : Organize, file, and maintain electronic and physical documents. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in document handling.
• Meeting and Event Coordination : Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events, including managing logistics and preparing materials.
• Financial Administration : Assist with budget management, invoicing, and financial reporting. Process expense reports and handle petty cash as required.
• Data Entry and Reporting : Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other records. Prepare reports and summaries as needed.
• Office Procedures : Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Problem Resolution : Address and resolve office-related issues, such as equipment malfunctions or supply shortages, in a timely manner.
• Confidentiality : Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
