Position: Admin Executive
Responsibilities: The Admin Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the company, including but not limited to:
• Greet and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
• Maintain a tidy and organized office area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products/services.
• Oversee the administrative tasks and provide support to the team as needed.
• Assist in administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and general office support.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and customer service delivery.
Requirements: We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:
• Proven experience in an administrative role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
