Duties & Responsibilities
• Manage the reception area effectively.
• Greet and assist visitors upon arrival.
• Make travel arrangements and bookings through the travel desk.
• Managing Couriers.
• Manage intercom systems for effective communication.
• Perform basic administrative duties as required. Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide reminders
Qualifications
• Graduation in any field with 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
