Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and reports using
MS Excel
.
Draft and manage official documents in
Punjabi and English
.
Communicate effectively with internal teams.
Assist in scheduling meetings, handling emails, and coordinating office activities.
Support data entry, documentation, and other clerical duties as required.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Punjabi reading
(Mandatory).
Strong knowledge of
MS Excel
(formulas, pivot tables, data handling).
Good
verbal and written communication skills
in Punjabi and English.
Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
