Handle travel-related expenses, including tracking expenses, processing reimbursements, and ensuring compliancewith company travel policies.
Vendor Management: Liaise with travel agencies, hotels, airlines, Gifting and other vendors to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and ensure the best possible rates for travel bookings and other requirements.
Travel Policy Compliance: Ensure that employees adhere to company travel policies and guidelines. This includes enforcing policies related to travel booking procedures, expense limits, and travel approval processes.
Reporting and Analysis: Responsible for generating reports and analyzing travel data to identify cost-saving opportunities, track travel expenses, and monitor travel trends within the organization. Event Coordination: Assist in organizing events, such as conferences, meetings, or office parties. This could involve tasks such as arranging catering, booking venues, and coordinating schedules.
Calendar Management for Cofounder: Efficiently manage the executive\'s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and ensuring optimal use of time. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and matters related to the executive and the organization.

Key Qualifications:
