Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to support a productive work environment.
• Provide high-level administrative support to executives and teams as needed.
• Handle the organization and maintenance of documents, records, and files.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Manage logistics, invitations, and follow-up activities related to events.
• Assist in budget planning and management for administrative expenses.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts, review agreements, and ensure cost-effective solutions.

Necessary Skills required

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

? Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.

? Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
