We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our dynamic team in the education sector.
Location - Powai
Key Responsibilities:
• Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Coordinate logistics for meetings and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.
• Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Documentation: Prepare, edit, and distribute various documents and reports. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Data Management: Maintain and update student and staff records in our database. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of information.
• Financial Administration: Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing budget reports.
• Support Services: Provide administrative support to faculty and staff as needed. Assist with the organization of school events and activities.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures. Maintain awareness of relevant regulations and best practices in the education sector.
• Project Assistance: Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the management team.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
