• Administrative Support:
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
• Office Management:
• Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure the office environment is well-organized and functional.
• Coordination & Communication:
• Act as a point of contact between management, employees, and external stakeholders.
• Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
• Record Keeping & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and organized records of office activities, employee details, and compliance documents.
• Ensure timely filing and retrieval of important paperwork.
• Support to HR and Accounts Teams:
• Assist with onboarding of new employees and maintaining attendance records.
• Help the accounts team with invoice management and petty cash handling.
