Job Title:- Admin Executive
Administration:
• Office Management:
• Oversee general office administration, including facility management, procurement of office supplies, and vendor management.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and functional work environment.
Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain and organize company documents, policies, and records.
• Generate periodic HR and administrative reports for management review.
Event Coordination:
• Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Policy Implementation:
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in HR and administration roles.
Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
