Roles and Responsibilities:
Attend Visitor, Organize Conference Meeting, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Courier etc.
Attend incoming call with courtesy.
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
Receive letters, packages etc. and coordinate and issue them.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Monitor office expenses and costs.
Communicate /answer/forward the same.
Coordinate for cleaning /meeting room arrangement.
Handling courier/ bills; etc.
Keep updated records and files.
Maintain petty cash.
