We specialize and focus on providing solutions, sales and maintenance for capital goods such as laser cutting, laser welding, tube bending, tube cutting, tube welding, robotic welding and similar industrial machinery requirements. Our head office in Bangalore and we have extended our support and services in many states of India for the machines sold to many companies across the country namely: Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Gujrat, etc.
Job Summary : We seek an organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage administrative tasks, coordinate operations, and ensure seamless day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
Financial Administration
- Generate Proforma Invoices, Payment Receipts, and Tax Invoices - Preferable
- Manage expense coordination for Sales and Service
- Prepare cash vouchers
Supply Chain Management
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) for our partner and vendors (Excel)
- Maintain Purchase Order Register (Excel)
- Coordinate consumables purchase (National and Local)
Order Management
- Track order status (executed, deferred, cancelled)
- Clarify and modify technical details as needed
Compliance and Logistics
- Generate and manage E-way bills and Delivery Challans (Excel)
- Update consumables stock and spares/components receivable and dispatch.
- Arranging & coordinating for courier, parcel, and porter services
- Booking of flights, trains, buses, and hotels
Data Management
- Collect consumables data from service engineers
- Provide monthly stock updates
Requirements:
- B.Com or any equivalent degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in accounting software
- Knowledge of GST and tax regulations
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management
