Job Description
:
- Will be reporting to upper management directly and Team Handling.
- Should have good exposure in General Management, Facility Management, Vendor Management, Cafeteria Management, Housekeeping, security management and Transport management.
- Real estate - To identify office space in Mumbai location, and Interior works.
- Arrange travel and accommodations.
- Identify develop a reliable vendor base and develop alternate suppliers for procurement of materials and services.
- Client Management (internal/ external)
- Handle day to day operation of facilities, high rise or campus ensuring all services are effectively delivered and facility needs are met.
- Excellent skills in Advance excel/MIS.
- Should be able to manage electromechanical activities.
- Bachelor\'s degree in any field
- Must possess a minimum of 3 plus years of experience as admin executive.
- Basic knowledge of MS office and MIS.
- Proficiency in English
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Punctual, reliable and must have strong verbal and oral communication skill.
- Self-motivated, strong analytical skills and quick learner
