Job Title: Admin Executive
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Salary: ?20,000 - ?25,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin Executive to manage office documentation and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of the office by handling documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain office documentation, records, and files in an organized manner.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and physical mail.
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
• Oversee general office maintenance and cleanliness.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling travel arrangements.
• Monitor office expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Act as a point of contact for staff inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in administrative roles or office management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
