Housekeeping Management:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to maintain a clean and orderly office space.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with housekeeping staff to address any issues or improvement opportunities.
Vendor Management:
Identify, evaluate, and select vendors for various services, including housekeeping
supplies, maintenance, and other office-related needs.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality.
Monitor vendor performance and address any service-related issues promptly.
Facilities Management:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of office facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
Coordinate with external service providers for facility-related services.
Implement and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for office assets.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and conferences.
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
Security and Safety:
Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard the office premises.
Coordinate with security personnel to address safety concerns and emergencies.
