Job description
1. Look overall facility management, office supplies and materials management
2. Supervising housekeeping activities
3. Vendor management
4. Asset procurement, maintain asset inventories
5. Manage assets maintenance schedules
6. Follow new employee's joining process
7. Courier & post management
8. Maintaining bill files & keep record
9. Collect & Reconcile Expenses Reports
10. Monitor expanses costs, prepare report & budget preparation
11. Taking care of employee's stationery need
12. Help to clerical works for bank and other Government agencies
13. Perform receptionist duties when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
