We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team. The role involves managing office operations, handling correspondence, supporting staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage office supplies and inventory.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and organizing travel.
• Maintain records and filing systems.
• Support HR and finance functions as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills.

Experience: 1-3 years in a relevant position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?9,910.60 - ?32,855.85 per month
