• Providing assistance to the HR team in recruitment and onboarding.
• Handling internal and external communication, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
• Managing and organizing company documents, records, and files. This may involve creating and maintaining filing systems.
• Making travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Managing office supplies, equipment, and other resources to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace.
• Addressing administrative issues and solving problems as they arise.
• Supervising and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to present ideas clearly
