Job Title: Payroll Executive

Salary: Up to 30,000 INR CTC per month

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad - Thaltej. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, travel desk operations, vendor and courier management, branch coordination, and other administrative tasks. Candidates should have a strong background in administration, with proficiency in handling various administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain employee records related to attendance, leaves, and overtime.
• Handle travel desk operations including booking accommodations and travel arrangements.
• Manage vendor relationships for office supplies and services.
• Coordinate courier services and track deliveries.
• Assist in branch coordination and management activities.
• Handle general administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and office maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or relevant field preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
